At Porthmadog Dental Centre we aim to make the dental journey as pleasant and relaxing as possible for our patients. From the first contact to the final treatment result we aim to care for our patients in a gentle and considerate manner which keeps them fully involved throughout, with tailored treatment plans that assess their individual needs and respect their desires and wishes. Our fee structure is open and transparent and written dental care plans are provided for every course of treatment for every patient.
The practice is long-established, opening in 1876, making it one of the oldest dental practices in the UK. It is situated in a beautiful building on the high street of Porthmadog, with easy access and parking near-by.
The practice is fully compliant with the needs and requirements of disabled and elderly people with ground-floor surgery facilities and a wheelchair ramp.
At Porthmadog Dental Centre our priority is the well-being of our patients and staff. We operate the highest standards of cross-infection control with scrupulously clean and modern equipment and facilities. We use single-use disposable instruments wherever possible and have commissioned a state-of-the-art decontamination suite to sterilise all other instruments and equipment. We use new gloves for each and every dental patient.
We are continually reviewing and updating our practice protocols and techniques. We are subject to regular appraisals by independent inspectors and examiners so that we comply with all professional standards and regulations.
Please direct any concerns or queries to us – we will be delighted to address these and discuss them with you.
